Setting up the Triathlon Coaching plan

We create a Triathlon coaching program based on your circumstances, This includes a annual training layout (ATP) . We start with a personal or skype meeting where you will meet your prospective coach and we go through suggestions on an approach to the training schedule.

Most Coaches have limited contact time, but we believe in helping in every way. Unlimited contact 7 days a week, that’s why our clients see results. From Triathlon coaching, training, to nutrition and equipment, we have the knowledge, so why not use us


No fixed contact

We are different. We believe in helping everyone to reach their goals. That’s why we have no fixed contract on triathlon coaching and why our customers have stayed with us a minimum of one year. We take pride in helping people realize their goals



We use Trainingpeaks to monitor our clients triathlon training, which means our programs are entirely based online and can be reached from any mobile or computer device. As well as an easy to use layout and compatible with all watches on the market today. You have access to your training and coach at any time

Before the meeting, we just need you to fill out a simple form to give us a quick idea of your background / history surrounding your previous training, whether this is from cycling or another sport. We look at your lifestyle, past training hours, intensity and goals and build a structure that suits your lifestyle. Training programs are written based of Heart rate, Power, Speed and numerous other factors. We take a very individualized approach to training, we find what works best for the individual and all programs are custom written based on the above circumstances.

Developing a strong Aerobic base for the Triathlete

Developing a strong Aerobic base for the Triathlete – Endurance is the key to triathlon training, especially if you are looking at ironman or 70.3 distance. The basis of aerobic training miles should never be forgotten no matter if you are a weekend warrior or more experienced Triathlete. You should focus on mixing the intensity of your training week, from high to low. High Intensity training should no be overlooked during the base phase no matter what. Working on consistent training and changing of intensity, you will focus on increasing aerobic development and uptake of stored fat.

“Jag vill till Kona, sade jag till Graeme första gången vi träffades. Vi såg över mina tider från Ironman 2015 och konstaterade att fokus skulle vara att bli bättre cyklist. Jag har i vuxen ålder alltid lagt upp min träning själv med löpning, skidåkning, simning och styrka. Jag var skeptiskt till att klara av att följa ett schemagjort program och ändra på mitt eget upplägg. Men ville se vad en coach kunde göra för mina tider på Iroman Kalmar. Ganska snabbt anpassade jag min vardag och började följa Graemes upplägg som dock anpassades efter mina önskemål runt jobb och resor och tex långa trainerpass inomhus, som inte alls passar mig. Lite senare på våren satte jag upp målet för året och det var att komma på pallplats på Vansbro och IM Kalmar.
